Health Cure will only accept products that are returned unopened. Any returned product that comes in with an open seal, improper handling or damaged/torn boxes, missing labels or instructions will not be accepted for returns and will be sent back to the buyer. The product needs to be returned in the original box. Inflatables do not come under warranty/guarantee and cannot be returned/refunded. The warranty of the products can be availed when the customer sends the product back to Health Cure. The cost of the shipments for returns needs to be borne by the buyer. Products damaged during shipment or improper packaging does not qualify for any refund or return in any manner. If a product is damaged on delivery, it is important for the customer to contact Health Cure immediately and report the damage to Health Cure team immediately. A detailed E-Mail with the shipment information needs to be provided.
A refund can take up to 45 working days from the time of the refund approval. Customer will be informed about the refund via E-Mail. Once order is placed, customer can choose to cancel the purchase, however the customer will have to bear a 15% deduction as shipment fees. Defective products can be exchanged, however customer have to bear the shipment cost for the new product. They are also required to send the defective products back to Health Cure in order for them to avail for an exchange.
Health Cure does not cancel orders which have been shipped and dispatched to customers. However Health Cure reserves the right to deny any customer a refund or exchange of products under the circumstances as mentioned under the return policy.
Please Note Health Cure may have to cancel certain orders which are out of reach or difficult to ship. Health Cure holds the rights to refuse/cancel/deny any order for any reason.
Health Cure reserves it rights to cancel orders due to limitations on quantities of products available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Health Cure will get in touch with customers who might face any of the above mentioned problems. Health Cure reserves the rights to ask for proof of identification of the customer at the time of delivery, failure to provide the same can lead to cancellation of the order.
